I was just curious if anyone saw improvement in hair retention by going gluten free or maybe I need to see if there is something else going on. I lose about 1/2 brush of hair a day but I still hav hair (don't know how). Everybody jokes that if I was ever kidnapped, they could follow my DNA trail just fine. I am hoping this diet helps. It has been about 2 months and I can't tell.
I'm losing it too. I'm low in B12 and folic acid thanks to being gluten intolerant, which can affect the skin, nails, and hair. It could take longer then 2 months to bring those levels up and see a difference in those things.
