So I greatly miss having cereal with milk for breakfast. Here's what I developed on my own that for me makes up for the loss:
Organic sliced banana
Flax meal sprinkled on top.
That sounds good!
Do you heat it or eat it cold?
I eat it cold like cereal. I suppose if you wanted more of an oatmeal type of thing you could heat it with the flax and then add fruit. Haven't tried that personally.
I bet some slivered almonds or ground up walnuts would be good too.
