I am interested in buying the Glutenology cookbook. Can anyone give me any information on the book? Not only do I have celiac sprue, but I also have lymphocytic colitis which limits my food choices further. Gluten free, low fiber is how I have to cook. I have been gluten free for over a year, but still having issues. No energy. I am on iron pills three times a day, have been taking CeliAct vitamins and fish oil, and 50,000 units of Vitamin D weekly. Any suggestions?
