I walked around for 3 weeks feeling like I was getting the flu, along with sinusitis symptoms, dry blurry eyes, a dried out nose, and fatigue, but it never progressed further then that. I cleaned my apartment which made me feel even more ill, but by the next morning, I felt good. Then I knew my dust allergy had gotten worse. I’ll be cleaning my apartment daily from now on. If I can heal from gluten damage, maybe my environmental allergies and 22 food intolerances will lesson or disappear altogether.

How did you know you had 22 food intolerances? When did you walk around with airborne allergy stuff and how did gluten free help it?Smile

I had an Elisa blood test for 100 foods done. I’ve had dust and mold allergy for 35 years, but this flu like feeling I had was the first 3 weeks of this month. It made my symptoms much worse then they had to be. Instead of slightly dry eyes, the dust totally dried them out so I was blurry the entire day.

Going gluten free didn’t help, but it will once I heal enough since gluten intolerance destroys your defenses so food and airborne allergens become an issue.
