    Hello all,

I have recently posted several articles on gluten inducing cardiovascular inflammation and heart disease.

    http://www.glutenfreesociety.org/gluten-sensitivity-caused-heart-attack-symptoms/

Feel free to chime in if you have noticed improvement in heart related symptoms after going gluten free.  The most common improvements I see clinically are:

    • Blood pressure reduction
    • Lowered cholesterol
    • Lowered triglycerides
    • Heart palpitations going away
    • Reduced inflammation (measuring the chemical CRP)

Please share this with someone you love who might benefit.

    Thanks,

    Dr. OLaugh

After going true gluten free and giving up dairy and sugar, I am no longer on a blood pressure pill!
