    Hello Gluten free community,

I have been gluten free for more than 1 year now and everything was going rather well. I was tolerating meal very well.

For the past 2-3 week, for some reason, I get bloated again and have digestive issues. The only change i did to my diet was drink a little more decaf (with milk….) and started to eat more walnuts and almonds…. Did this even happen to anyone (going well for a long time and suddenly nothing seems to work anymore)?

milk and too many nuts, I'm sure dr. O will agree with this.  Tons of people, including me, having reactions from mere drops of grain fed cow milk.  Any other people confirm the trigger that just a little bit of gluten causes.  I've been grain free for 5 months now but hasn't been all good and its always after I eat gluten.  Any confirmation of this??

I stopped eating nuts 5 days ago and everything is back to normal :)…weird.

I have heard about the benefits of eating grass fed beef (although I don't think I can find this in Quebec), but I have never hear of grass fed cow milk…do you have this in the US?

Yes we have pasture based milk – Cows fed grass.  You have to find a local farmer to get it.  The grocery stores do not carry it as of yet.  There is currently a grassroots (pun intended) movement to make grass based milk more readily available.
