This was my first GFS meeting and it was well worth the time.  Dr. O's lecture was so informative and it became quite interactive, which was great.  My husband was so impressed that he plans to call today to schedule an appointment and be tested.  But the highlight of the day was getting to eat a delicious (and safe!) muffin!

    Dr. O-

Since my husband heard you say last Saturday that you sometimes eat grass fed beef every day, he has seen that as a new personal goal.  I need to ask you how you cook your beef.  My husband only likes it fried in canola oil and I'm concerned that eating it that way so often is not healthy.  THank you.

    Use it in meatloaf

    Grill burgers

    Stuff it in bell peppers

Brown it with spaghetti sauce and poor over squash

    Ininite uses literally…Smile
