I was gestational diabetes for second kids 2 years ago and watching my fasting glucose once in a while.
I notice that last year I has been mainly on wheat sandwhichs and soup and felt very active and good.Never took a nap whole day.
I have Hashimotos too and my doctor suspect I have gluten, corn and diary sensitivity.
I just went Gluten (wheat, rye & barley )Free, corn free , dairy free from last 2 weeks to see.
But this has made me switch to mainly rice and potato ezpecially when eating out. In these 2 weeks I haven't felt mush difference
but infact I am feally more lazy after food and feel like taking more naps whole day.

I don't know if this is due to my body still adjusting or I switched to more carb.
What are options for low carb ( or complex carb ) option for me.

I want to hear if anyone else has felt the same and suggestion please.

    Thanks

    Saroj,

Watch the 1st video under Glutenology.  Rice is going to pose a problem for your recovery.

That tells me that Gluten Sensitivity means no-grains. Its difficult to digest as well as follow, especially in family where others are ok and does not have any reason yet to get tested. Last Year I lost 19 pounds and was very active. I was exercise aerobic as well as weights too. I was eating everything But I had occurances of constipation, brain fog and sense that I have too much to do.

This year, I am just walking 45 min in morning, Still loosing weight ( 4 pound in this year) but somehow feels something is not perfect. Like sometime gets too stressed, memory loss ( need to literally write very stuff) and fatigue. Now on Gluten free diet I feel more lazy.

Doesn't seems that this will work out well. How can we who live in CA can see Dr. Osborne.?

    Thanks

    Saroj
