Spaghetti Squash, 7-8 Organic Roma Tomatos, Olive Oil & Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning and basil)
Organic Zucchini Squash
Cut Spaghetti Squash in half and extract center seeds. Bake with open sides down on pan in oven at 350 for 45 min to an hour.
Chop up tomatoes, add olive oil and seasonings and let simmer in pot over stove for 30 minutes or until sauce-like
Lightly boil lima beans in pot of water until tender (about 30 min). Add salt and pepper to taste as cooking
Saute Zucchini Squash in olive oil with seasonings
When Spaghetti Squash insides are soft use fork to grate out insides. Put on plate and cover with tomato sauce. Add lima beans and zucchini to plate. Enjoy full meal!
