I used to love milkshakes! I started making fruit smoothies to help the transition. One day I made a peanut butter smoothie and I added strawberries to the mix and it was more like a milkshake than a smoothie, now I add peanut butter to my smootheis to make milkshakes.
1 cup frozen fruit (or fill to desired amount in blender)
1 cup almond milk (just enough to cover fruit)
1 teaspoon peanut butter (I use natural pb (just peanuts and salt))
Blend and enjoy! I don't measure out my ingredients so above are approximates. Blueberries make a great milkshake (reminds me of a chocolate milkshake!)
