I have a question though. In the Gluten and Hormone Imbalance video, You do not recommend Flaxseed because it is a seed. Where did I miss this for the past 8 months that I’ve been baking grain free for my family? So now I have to ask a silly question. (Hoping you are going to tell me Chia seed is different) What about Chia seed? Do I need to remove it from my pantry as well?
It is not that you should never use flax or chia. The point I was trying to make is that seeds can be difficult to digest and create problems for those who are trying to restore health. When the gut is in a state of disrepair, using excessive seeds may hinder the healing process for many.
