I am up early trying to pack enough food for me. My car oven isn’t working, so I don’t know how to keep my food warm. I warned my sister and brother that I must bring my own food. My sis thinks I am obsessed with food. My brother doesn’t say anything. I have to do what I have to do.

I volunteered to bring corn since I wanted to get rid of the last home grown corn. Then I discovered the children had already finished it off! I had to buy corn, so as to fullfill my promise. I hope I can survive the car ride with it. I am thinking of putting a crock in the cooler to keep it warm. Perhaps a hot water bottle or hot heating pad will help.

I hope everyone will stay safe and have a good time with family.

I am hoping that Mom will not notice about my unique food. I am trying to mimic the usuals. Ever try to make mashed Burdock? I am not sure it will work.

I hope the smell of burnt burdock is healthy. I left the burner on Medium and went for the shower.

I tried to hide about my food, but a couple of people asked me about it right out loud. I went really quick like when I thought someone was opening it. But I had foil wrapped tightly around it and one piece over the top. It was secure and safe when I got there. I don’t usually wrap my food in foil, but today it worked out well.

I didn’t feel free to jump in and help clean up. I have been feeling like I react to being around gluten. I didn’t have my gloves and mask, but would have hid in the living room rather than wear them anyway.
