Do you ever feel like your family is choosing between you and gluten?
And they are thinking that gluten is something they can’t do without? They are begging for compromise. They have atleast 2 gene alleles for gluten intolerance. And I can tell that barley pannekochen fumes are a problem for me. I am saying even before they were baked. Or is it that I am over-reacting, faking it, or suffering from withdrawl and blaming it on new contact? If they do stop one day gluten how long will they last when they have withdrawl symptoms? Don’t worry about me too much, I will be the cook all the way until next weekend.
