2 T. Adams Reserve Korintje Rub
1/4 C. Global Plate Curry
1/2 C. Mayo
3 Apples, coarsely diced
1 rib Celery, diced
1/4 C. Raisins
1/4 C. Shredded Coconut
1/4 C. Glazed Walnuts or Pecans pieces, Optional
1. Combine curry & Mayo. Set aside
2. Place all ingredients EXCEPT NUTS into a large bowl; sprinkle rub;
toss with curry mixture; mix thoroughly.
3. Cover and chill up to 30 minutes. Sprinkle nuts before serving.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Chilling time: 20-30 minutes
