I know there are a lot of foods out there that cause cross reactions in us when we consume them. Cyrex Labs has a test to determine whether or not certain foods cross react in us. My question is, if a certain food on the Cyrex list, like coffee, chocolate, potato, etc. causes this cross reaction, will it cause the same type of harm and damage to our systems that gluten causes? Will it cause the same symptoms as gluten, and is it possible for a cross reactive food to cause an auto-immune condition, or make an already existing one worse?
