The food I feed my animals is mostly made of grain. I handle their food each day, I even end up breathing the dust from it. I thought I read something some where on your site that said that this kind of contact can keep me from getting better.
Is coming in contact with their food causing a Grain Sensitivity reaction for me and keeping me from getting better?

Inhalation is a source of exposure and can prevent the healing process. I would try to avoid contact or wear some type of breathing mask.
All the best,

I moved into a house with other people who eat SAD. I have fatigue and mood issues and I'm under the impression that I was a lot healthier before moving in here. I breath in the fumes from their pasta cooking, but people assure me that this wouldn't be causing my symptoms to be returning. I still eat strict grain free. Well, I'm moving out in a month anyway, so we'll see what happens. But I'm not crazy for thinking it's as sensitive as those crazy peanut allergies? Right?
