These remind of a chocolate chip bar cookie (without the chocolate chip).
1 16 oz jar almond butter
3 eggs
**1/2 C xylitol
**1/3 C truvia
1/8 C water
1 T. gluten free vanilla
1/2 teas. sea salt
1 1/2 teas. baking soda
1 C coconut
Chopped Walnuts to taste ( added about 1/2 to 3/4 Cup)
Blend almond butter until smooth, keep blending in ingredients one by one.
Bake at 325 deg. for 40 minutes
**You could substitute 1 1/4 Cup agave instead of xylitol and truvia
