If someone tests positive for intolerance to casein (via blood testing), will they ever be able to tolerate GOOD (grass fed, organic) dairy for the probiotic benefits it provides? If so, how/when should approach incorporating this into the diet?
I am interested in know the answer to this question too!
Well.
We are not designed to eat dairy. I know I believed this also, but it is a myth.
There are other sources for probiotics.
