    Hi Everyone,

    I am new here!

    I am true gluten free for a month now and love the way I feel. I always liked to cook and will be posting and experimenting with recipes, some of which I have to adjust and try out before I post here. I publish my recipes on line and will add a link here.…..-Back-Ribs


    I am mostly sticking to the Paleo Diet: meats, vegetables, fruts and nuts. I had tried the gluten free diet before but it never worked  as I still ate corn and rice. Not until I met Dr. Osborne and did all the tests, I learned what does gluten free really mean.


    Today for example I had black coffee, freshly squized orange juice and a bowl of pecans , macademia nuts, blueberries and a litlle agave nectar for breakfast, grilled cod and spaghetti squash for lunch, chicken kebabs with greek salad for dinner and fruit. Oh, yes. I ate one Larabar (I think I am addicted to these), I always thought I would be very hungry with just that much food, but I am not, I have not felt that good in a while. 


    We made the ribs for Christmas

    I've been true gluten free since September 2010.  I only had a few doubts at first.  I didn't doubt Dr. O.  I doubted and worried that I'd have the will power to stay on a diet.  I could not have been more wrong.  I don't even think of it as a diet anymore.  I feel fantastic.
