In the video on healthy eating, these percentages were used for the best balance of what you eat. What foods are examples that fall under each 33 percent?
I could not find this video, can you tell me where can I see it, I am very interested. I mostly eat vegetables, nuts, meat and fruits. I would love to have some kind of plan or rules on how much of each food a day is the best.
I would too. Its under regaining your health, and/or gluten free food substituting. It's either protein/carbs/fats/sugars or something. I'm not sure and this is very important part of regaining health that is missing!
