I am in a wheelchair with Cerebral Palsy and tend to be sensitive to even supplements. I have not been diagnosed with any kind of gluten sensitivity. The multi I take already has 6,000 IUs of vitamin A and I tend to be sensitive to anything but liposomal vitamin C, I approached Virid with extreme caution. However, I was surprised at how much more clear my sinuses have been and how much easier it is to breathe since taking it. My first dose of a single capsule worried me after I felt a little sick. But now, by dividing the dose, morning and evening, I’m doing fine.
