I used to have a lot of gut-intestinal problems when a naturophatic doc told me to stop eating grains, which I did, about 5 yrs ago. Then I learned from Dr Osborne that the immune system may mistake dairy protein for gluten and cause a reaction. I also found out that one of my medicines had cornstarch gluten in it, so I switched the medicine, and after a 4 day water fast I switched from Paleo diet to Ketogenic, minus the dairy. I have been taking the Immune Shield Powder for a few weeks now and feel good. I have not done any gut tests, I don’t have any proof that what I am doing for my health is actually helping, other than that I feel better, but I am not 100% okay, just yet (b/c of oral Candida, a bladder disease/IC w chronic pain for 13 yrs, and IBS which I am taking another powder for). I don’t trust regular doctors b/c they almost killed me with chemo for breast cancer(the cancer was taken out in a surgery but they recommended chemo and back then I didn’t know what I do now, 20 yrs later), so I will continue trying to heal myself.
