Definitely is a support in addition to a true Gluten Free diet. Breathing much better! Thanks to Dr P Osborne and his team and the knowledge he provides weekly!!

Found Dr Osborne’s gluten free society on a middle of the night prayer & holy grail! I’m so grateful for his pursuit of truth and education for all. Ultra sinus support is my boost to Hist Assist. I’m also 2 months into eating gluten & dairy free, low-histamine, & w coloring my FODMAP triggers. I was able to stop! daily flonase & Zyrtec (a task I had failed at several times times prior) thanks to Hist Assist & ultra sinus support. Grateful to have also found his post about histamine intolerance because I check just about all the boxes. Likely owing to the fact that daily use of antihistamines for 16 years. Shaking my head. Don’t get me started on the failed wealthcare system in this country. I’ve seen several doctors in 2 states and they’ve told me to take daily antihistamines. Because of Dr Osborne, I now know histamine is a) an important neurotransmitter & b) suppressing it is not the way! I’m empowered. Would love if the bottles were made of something compostable. Combined cost of ultra sinus support & hist assist is a bit steep for my (hopefully temporary limited resources while I heal) so I’m hopeful I can discontinue these supplements in 4 months. I also know for a fact these supplements are true gluten free because upon my journey start 2 months ago I was reacting to vitamin Shop supplements that have rice & corn in them. Very much appreciate Dr. Osborne’s honesty since supplements are an unregulated industry and some suppliers are not being honest about ingredients and dosages.
