After my Wife and I changed out diet to Gluten-free and Dairy-free, we found ourselves suddenly needing a pre-workout booster in the morning to get us ready for our workouts. I was excited to find out Dr. Osborne offered Amino Acids in a simple powder form that can be mixed with water or even cold tea we have ready in the fridge. Increasing the amount of protein in my diet has been challenging which why I am especially appreciative of the Ultra Aminos supplement. Two teaspoons mixed in water adds nine grams of protein with all the “goodies” included helping to add to what’s needed for my daily requirement. I gulp this down in a little water to get some extra protein in when I need it. It doesn’t mix in real well, but that doesn’t bother me.

We had been using the B.C.A.A. product for post-surgery support, but I assume it was discontinued, so ordered Ultra Aminos, without realizing it was in powdered form. I just put it in daughter’s kefir. Can’t personally attest to how it works, but based on our positive experiences with all of the supplements we use, I’m very glad to have it! Dr. Osborne is awesome!
