Per Dr O I am mixing 1 tbs in a little water and swishing it around in my mouth twice a day rather than using it as a spray. The stuff is wonderful! I could tell the difference when I ran out and switched back to salt in warm water.

My immune system works pretty well but I use this as a throat spray prior to spending time with a group of people during flu season or other times of known unwellness. It really seems to help since I rarely get sick. I also use it to help mend a sore throat. Works quickly for that too.
