Mix all the sausage ingredients in a large bowl. Stir and mix until well combined. Set aside covered in the fridge until ready to use.
In a large frying pan, cook the sausage, breaking it up in the pan and browning around the edges.
In another pan, bring some olive oil to medium high heat and add the peppers and onions. Cook for about 10 minutes until soften and starting to char around the edges.
In a large heavy bottom pot over medium heat, bring the coconut milk to a simmer. Whisk in the almond meal, hemp hearts, and flax meal. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken. Remove from heat.
Pour the noatmeal into two serving bowls and top with the sausage, peppers, and onions.
Serve.
