  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 scoops Ultra Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract, or 8 peppermint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • optional- reishi spore mushroom coffee powder
