Overnight Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
Chia Pudding
- 1 can low fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- pinch of salt to taste
Topping Ideas
- banana
- strawberry
- flax seed
- blackberries
- blueberries
- honey
- mint
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cocnut milk, water chia seeds, honey. and salt. Stir well to remove any lumps of seeds. Pour the mixture into 4 airtight containers, seal and set in the fridge to thicken overnight.
- Remove from the fridge, top with desired toppings, and serve.
