Kale Protein Salad Bowl


  • 1 Cup Leafy Green (You pick: Kale, Spinach, Arugula, etc.)
  • 1/2 Cup Diced or Shredded Root Vegetables (You pick: Carrots, Beets, Turnip, Jicama, etc.)
  • 1 Cup Veggies (You pick: Celery, Zucchini, Summer Squash, Radish, etc.)
  • 4 Ounces Protein (You pick: Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Hard Cooked Eggs, etc.)
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon, juice
  • 2 Teaspoons Fresh Minced Herbs (You pick: Parsley, Dill, Thyme, Rosemary, etc.)
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt and Pepper (To Taste)


  • Layer your choice of selected ingredients into a bowl, and top with Olive oil, lemon juice, fresh minced herbs, and add salt and pepper to taste.
