Ingredients

  • 4 ounces almond milk
  • 2 mangoes, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 a medium sized carrot
  • 1 apple, core removed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 smoothies.
