- 4 ounces almond milk
- 2 mangoes, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 a medium sized carrot
- 1 apple, core removed
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 cup ice cubes

My guess from experience Karen, is that it is 2 smoothies, 2 servings each smoothie. So to break it down, the fruit content, would be 2 – 2.5 servings of fruit, the vegetable content would be like .5 – .75 serving. And a little bit of protein.
