Kale and Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 4 ounces almond milk
- 2 mangoes, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 a medium sized carrot
- 1 apple, core removed
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 smoothies.
