- 1 14oz can coconut milk chilled
- 16 oz bag of frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 2 shots tequlia
- tajin seasoning or chili powder and salt the rim
- Add the coconut milk, pineapple chunks, lime juice, and optional tequilia to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Run a lime around the rim of the glasses and dip them into the seasoning mix. Pour the drink into the glasses and serve.
