French Onion Dip
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Vegan Butter
- 3 large Yellow Onions diced
- 1 cup vegan sour cream
- 1 cup vegan yogurt
- 1 whole lemon juiced
- 1 clove garlic grated
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. chopped chives
Instructions
- Preheat the butter in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Add in the onions and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 40 minutes until deeply caramelized, stirring oten and adjusting the heat as needed to brown and NOT BURN.
- Stir the sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, and chives together in a large bowl. Allow the onions to cool for 5 minutes, then add them in as well.
- Allow to cool in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Serve with veggies or potato chips.
