Broccoli Cauliflower Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup almond slivers, toasted
- 6 dates, seeds removed and chopped
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Allow to sit in the fridge for an hour before serving.
