Bone Broth Miso Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Bone Broth
- 1/2 Carrot (Diced)
- 1 Spring onion (Minced)
- 1/4 Cup Mushrooms (Diced or Thinly Sliced)
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt
- 1 Pinch Fresh Parsley (Minced)
Instructions
- Heat bone broth on stovetop over medium heat, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add the carrots, onions, and mushrooms, and then heat to just under boiling. About another 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add sea salt and parsley to taste, and serve.
