Bone Broth Miso Soup

  • 1 Cup Bone Broth
  • 1/2 Carrot (Diced)
  • 1 Spring onion (Minced)
  • 1/4 Cup Mushrooms (Diced or Thinly Sliced)
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 Pinch Fresh Parsley (Minced)


  • Heat bone broth on stovetop over medium heat, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Add the carrots, onions, and mushrooms, and then heat to just under boiling. About another 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add sea salt and parsley to taste, and serve.
