- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat from a can - blended well)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup frozen sweet cherries
- Blend spinach with coconut milk and coconut water.
- Add next four ingredients and blend well.
- Add cherries and blend until fully incorporated.
- Add 1-2 Tbsp extra liquid if needed.
