In a large bowl, mix the beef broth, the starch, and the baking soda. Season with Salt and Pepper. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Rinse and strain the meat. Pat dry with paper towels.
In a large frying pan over high heat, add the sesame oil and broccoli and toss to cook and begin to char.
Add the beef to the frying pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until cooked through and starting to brown on the edges. Turn heat to low.
If the pan is too dry, add a little more sesame oil. Add in the garlic and ginger. Cook 1 minute while stirring.
Add in the tamari, vinegar, honey, and broth. Stir to combine, cook for about 3 minutes.
Add in the scallions and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and serve, top with Sesame Seeds.
Suggestion - Serve over Starch noodles or Cauliflower Rice!
