Basil Avocado Chicken Salad


  • 4 Cups Chicken Breast (Diced)
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves (Torn Small)
  • 1 Large avocado (Lightly Mashed)
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt and Pepper (To Taste)


  • In a bowl, mix the diced chicken breast, fresh basil leaves, mashed avocado, and lime juice.
  • Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Can be served plain, on endive leaves, or on top of a bed of greens.
