Basil Avocado Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Chicken Breast (Diced)
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves (Torn Small)
- 1 Large avocado (Lightly Mashed)
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the diced chicken breast, fresh basil leaves, mashed avocado, and lime juice.
- Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Can be served plain, on endive leaves, or on top of a bed of greens.
