Preheat a frying pan over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook, flipping occasionally, for about 10 minutes until crispy.
Meanwhile, mix the mayo, lemon, mustard, and hot sauce in a measuring cup and stir to combine.
Remove the bacon from the pan, and in the same pan with the bacon fat, add the asparagus. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often to soften. Remove from the pan and dry on a paper towel lined plated.
Split the asparagus between two serving plates. Drizzle on the dressing. Top with tomatoes, bacon, and mint.
