Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add 1/4 cup of mon fruit sweetener, melted butter, eggs, and salt, to the bowl with the Warrior Bread Mix. Stir to combine, and continue to stir for 1 minute to form the dough.
Slice the apples into wedges and toss with the lemon juice to prevent browning.
Mix the 1/2 cup of monk fruit sweetener with the cinnamon and stir to combine.
Grab a small palmful of dough in your hand and press it into an oval in your palm. Sprinkle some of the cinnamon sweetener mix on the work surface and place the dough down on it. Take an apple slice and press it firmly into the dough. Wrap the dough around the apple slice to come halfway up the sides. Toss in the cinnamon mixture. Use a fork to make pie-like marks across the flesh side of the apple. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and replace with remaining apple slices or until dough runs out.
Bake for 30 minutes until dough is cooked through.
