At Gluten Free Society, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality products and exceptional service. The following policies outline how we handle billing, returns, shipping issues, and laboratory services.
Billing Information
All purchases made through our website will appear on your credit card statement as “Gluten Free Society” or “O Organics LLC.”
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our supplements and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Unopened Supplements: Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to the original form of payment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to our error. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Opened Supplements: For health and safety reasons, opened products are not eligible for return. If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact our Customer Care Team at glutenology@gmail.com. In select cases, we may extend a one-time courtesy credit or replacement at our discretion.
Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at glutenology@gmail.com and include clear photos of the damage. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
Lab Testing Services
Due to the nature of laboratory services, no refunds are available once a sample has been submitted to the lab for processing. If you have questions before submission, please reach out to our Customer Care Team for guidance.
Lost Packages
Lost in Transit: If your package is lost before delivery is confirmed, Gluten Free Society will replace your order or issue a refund.
Marked Delivered but Not Received: Once a carrier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office/FedEx center. While we are not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation, we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement at our discretion.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 2–4 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution. Gluten Free Society reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
