Ingredients

package
Warrior Bread mix
1
cup
egg whites
1
cup
water
2
tablespoons
apple cider vinegar
1
large
avocado
juice of
1 lime
1
large
radish
chopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400
Add the warrior bread mix to a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the water, egg whites, and vinegar.
Pour the liquids into the bread mix and stir well to combine. Knead for about a minute, then allow to rest for a few minutes.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Form the dough into a log and put it into the loaf pan.
Bake for about 1 hour until cooked through.
Remove from oven, allow to cool, and cut into slices.
Mash the avocado in a bowl and add the lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast two slices of bread on both sides
Spread the bread with the avocado mixture. Top with the radish and parsley. Serve
