Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup almond slivers, toasted
  • 6 dates, seeds removed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder


  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Allow to sit in the fridge for an hour before serving.
