Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat from a can - blended well)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup frozen sweet cherries

Instructions

  • Blend spinach with coconut milk and coconut water.
  • Add next four ingredients and blend well.
  • Add cherries and blend until fully incorporated.
  • Add 1-2 Tbsp extra liquid if needed.
