I’ve looked at the list of different supplements that you recommend to help to modulate inflammation and to help with a health inflammatory response, but there’s a lot on that list.

So I’ll share with you my top three strategies to promote a healthy inflammatory response, but first I want to talk about inflammation.

Your ibuprofen, your non-steroidal anti-inflammatories, your corticosteroids, they block the inflammation process, which in turn blocks the ability to fully heal because when you block inflammation, you inhibit your body’s natural healing phase.

So you want to understand, we want to support healthy inflammation responses, and that’s why I have that list of different supplements in “No Grain, No Pain” because all of these help to support your body’s normal healthy natural inflammatory response without it being so heightened that it’s basically leading to over destruction of your tissues.

There’s something that we call a repair deficit, when your body is so inflamed that you’re breaking things down faster than you can repair them.

It’s that repair deficit that can lead to chronic inflammation, pain, and all the diseases associated with chronic inflammation.
So if you are looking to support and promote a healthy inflammation response use these top 3 supplement strategies:
1. Vitamin C
2. High doses of quercitin
3. Omega 3 fatty acids.
Bonus #4 Read No Grain No Pain, and follow the dietary guidelines for 30 days.
