What is B2 – also known as riboflavin? B2 is a water-soluble vitamin, so when you take it in, it has a relatively short half life. As a result it is very important to get daily intake so that you do not manifest the symptoms of b2 deficiency, such as:

Photosensitivity
Inflammation of the mouth
Cracked or chapped lips
Mouth Ulcers
Magenta Tongue
Fatigue
Skin inflammation

Less common, but still worth looking out for:
Migraines
Hair loss
Sore throat
Digestive issues
Abnormal growth in babies
