When you are coming in to a gluten free diet, the likelihood that you have a nutritional deficiency is extremely high.

The body cannot sustain health and life and function without certain essential nutrients. Your body cannot synthesize them – you have to eat them. When your body lacks them, processes begin to break down.

The vast majority of people with gluten sensitivity issues have at least one nutritional deficiency. In my experience, the 5 most common deficiencies that I have seen (from greatest to least) are:
