Hormone imbalance. If you are struggling trying to have a baby, and you haven’t looked into this, this could be a big, big factor into that, low libidos and many other symptoms

I want you to understand that gluten can cause many hormone disruptions. So your sex steroids like your estrogen, your progesterone, your testosterone It can cause disruption in your stress hormones. That’s your cortisol. Gluten can disrupt your insulin. For the ladies, during pregnancy gluten can also disrupt your prolactin. I see sometimes women come to see me and they’ve been told they have something called hyperprolactinemia or elevation in the hormone prolactin. So they get put on medication to suppress the production of prolactin, not even knowing that gluten may be playing a role in it. So gluten can affect cortisol. It can affect insulin. It can affect estrogen, progesterone,
testosterone. It can affect your thyroid hormone. It can affect prolactin.
