We keep hearing that there is no known treatment for COVID-19. We keep hearing it, especially in the realm of vitamins and minerals, especially in the realm of nutrition. I want to be clear that you have no power right now over COVID-19 outside of your diet and your lifestyle and part of your diet and your lifestyle is supporting your immune system in a healthy way. Everybody has stopped talking about this. Everybody’s talking about hydroxychloroquine as like a miracle drug and they’re not talking about the side effects of hydroxychloroquine on the liver or the side effects on the nervous system and they’re touting that drug is some kind of miracle and it hasn’t been proven.
Everybody’s ignoring the things that matter the most, the diet and the lifestyle. Why? Because we look at who’s actually been affected the most by COVID-19 who’s died, where are the death rates highest? It’s in people that have poor diet and lifestyle choices. These are people that are on multiple medications. They have metabolic syndrome, they have high blood pressure, they have heart disease. They’re taking medications that lower their blood pressure. So these are the ones that are at greatest risk minus the higher age or elevated age group.
