How To Stay Gluten Free During The Holidays
If you are celiac or non celiac gluten sensitive, eating gluten free can be a challenge.

Eating gluten free during Thanksgiving and Christmas can be a major challenge. From Christmas parties to family visits, eating can be a minefield of challenges.

The key to staying gluten free during the holidays is to:
1. Plan ahead
2. Pack food
3. Eat before parties
4. Remember that the spirit of the season doesn’t mean mass eating.
