If a person is gluten sensitive, gluten exposure will lead to gut damage. This is just the beginning of a destructive cycle that is easy to get stuck in if you don’t analyze your nutritional deficiencies and make meaningful changes that will benefit your health.

Drug induced nutritional deficiencies are unfortunately an extremely common problem, with multiple textbooks written on the topic. Different classes of medications have different effects on different nutrients.

At the very least you want to be informed about what deficiencies are linked to what medications, and what you can do to overcome them.
